Pain = Bad
Soreness = Good
I think it is important to know the difference. Soreness is the little muscle tears that repair to a stronger muscle. Soreness indicates progress.
Pain is the body giving a warning that something is wrong. Something is hurt or about to be hurt. Pain is telling the body to stop.
I think it is ok and even good to work through soreness. It is bad to continue working a body part through pain.
Be tough and work through soreness. Don’t be stupid and try to work through pain.
