A Word to the Wise

Check the flavor of your protein before buying it!

I ran out of protein I leave at work, so I made a quick stop at the store. I had chocolate, so I wanted to change to vanilla. I was in a hurry and picked the bottle right next to the chocolate with a white powder in the picture. I opened it up and it didn’t have much smell and it was white. I mixed it up and took a sip…

It was so tart! I thought it may have gone bad. I almost spit it out. I looked on the bottle “Orange Creme.” I don’t like the taste at all. Now that I see orange creme I can kinda taste it (or as close as a protein isolate can get.) But since I was expecting vanilla it just caught me so off guard.

I used 2 servings I have 31 servings left (about 15 work days, so 3 weeks) until I can get something new. Blah!

This water had been on Earth for a few billion years. But good thing it was bottled and I was able to drink it before it expired. Talk about cutting it close!
